We recently started a trial of Zendesk Chat and are loving it. At first, our customers were all being properly identified as logged in and we had their information immediately upon starting a chat conversation and they could navigate fro page to page on our site without losing their active chat. After activating the Answer Bot for web widget EAP (which is an incredible self service tool), we have seen that an increasingly large number of users (and internal team members during testing) are creating chats and being labeled as visitors, not as signed in users. They are also being logged out of chats as they navigate through the site. Any recommendations?
