    Hey Andrew!

    I think you need to swap your Triggers in the order...put Trigger 1 above Trigger 2. That way, Trigger 1 will test for the tag and add it if required but not present. Then Trigger 2 will test for that tag and fire if it's there. That should take care of the issue!

    Andrew, from your description I'm not clear whether you are talking about one tag or two?

    it sounds like two, but what is the purpose of "1st_trigger_sent" ? I.e. what's wrong with this?:

    • If Tag X, then do action 2
    • If no Tag X, then do action 1

    ZD does run through all triggers repeatedly, until a full pass has been made in which no other changes have been made.

    Yes all sorted.  The problem was that these are for a "first reply" notification to users, and a "subsequent replies" - so they needed to be mutually exclusive. 

    I found the solution (thus far), by using "Agent replies < 2" and "Agent replies > 1".  It's not perfect, but stops the duplicate replies I had before.

    I wonder if we need a "stop running further triggers' option.
