New feature: Pop-out the widget to its own window
Visitors who start a chat can now click the pop-out icon (button to the left of the minimize button) to surface the widget in its own window for enhanced usability. You can share a direct link to the chat popout, inviting the user to engage directly with you without having to be on your website.
This feature is available when the Web Widget is configured with Chat only turned on.

We have been using the web widget for a while for Help Center and Contact Form.
We are now working on adding Chat, and we are using the contactOptions, to allow the user to choose between the contact form and the chat.
My question is - is there a customization option to make the chat pop out as soon as the Chat option is picked from contactOptions? We are trying to get the chat to pop out even before the chat:start event. We want to contact form to stay in the widget, but if you choose chat, it immediately pops out.
I could not find anything in the docs on the event of picking chat from the contactOptions.

Hi there Gal,
Currently, there is no option to have the contact option trigger the chat popout and we have no immediate plans to offer this use case.
If this is something you want to achieve today, you would want to have the contact options on your own page instead of inside the Web Widget and use the Javascript to show/hide and activate the channel selected from your UI.
