Is there a way to delete articles in Guide when you close a support Ticket?

    Hi Peter,

    It looks like the Ticket to Help Center app is no longer available within our App Marketplace which most likely means it's been deprecated and no longer supported. While it may not fit your exact need, I would recommend looking into the Knowledge Capture App we have available which is fully supported by Zendesk and may get you relatively close to what you're looking for.

    Has the functionality for Tickets to push details from ticket fields to an article been disabled in the v2?

    The Knowledge Capture App does not automatically add the details from the ticket to an article and this is what I needed.

    Before I look into creating an App for this, can you please find out if this function is still available or not?
    Also, would I be able to download a copy of the App files for the "Ticket to Help Center app"?

    This functionality is not available within the Knowledge Capture app unfortunately. I was able to track down the GitHub page for the Tickets to Help Center app which I believe you'll find useful.
