The tool is really cool but there are a lot of features that is difficult in self learning. It would be great if a training session can be arranged to answer few specific queries that we may have with regards to the tool. For example:
1. We are not sure how to access the unsuccessful answer bot resolutions.
2. The user's name is not captured in the answer bot ticket.
3. Create a custom report for answer bot for both successful and unsuccessful.
