Can I have Zendesk's products whithout having Support Account?

    Hey Tatiana,

    So to use Talk and Guide you would need to also have a Support account alongside those products. However, you can use Chat as a standalone product without Support. If you'd like to sign up for a standalone Chat account you can sign up at
