We're having an issue where most people who request support via Discord don't have a Zendesk account, so when they use /support, they get a link to a ticket they can't access. Even if they use the Login with Google option, and use the email address tied to their Discord, they still get a "Page Cannot Be Found" error. Is there a fix for this?
Alternatively, is there an option to not display someone's ticket number in the ticket creation auto-response. I found where you can remove that from the Ticket Update, but I couldn't find any code at all related to the Ticket Creation.
Finally, people aren't seeing Discord responses we send via Zendesk right now. Is there a known issue happening? Or is the issue on our side?
