    While I don't have this exact scenario, I can see where some logic like this would be useful. Possibly with the use of custom form query, which could search the support ticket field or send a request via API to a third party system.

    Same interest here. We do not have order numbers, but for our learning platform, if the course reference and the username could be matched and used for instance it could be useful, in the long term.
