Active SLA are invisble for Agent if another SLA is failed!

    Hey there Tobias,

    From my understanding there isn't a way to better display this beyond hovering over the SLA tab, sadly.

    I've also double checked to see if it was possible to build a view that would reflect this data, but unfortunately with how our system is built the red badge would always reflect on top as it's the most urgent SLA/furthest breached. 

    I would definitely recommend commenting over in the Support Product Feedback topic, since this isn't something apart of our functionality it would be really great to hear this type of feedback. Here's how to write an effective feedback post
