How to get % change from last month to this month for one-touch tickets?

    You can use the following report for the One-Touch metric reference,

    With respect to the percent change, you'll need to create two custom date range calculated metrics, one with a date range for the current month and one for the previous month (or one month prior and two months prior, etc). Then you add both of those metrics to your report and choose the KPI visualization.

    If you are looking for the percent change to be added, you should see be able find that under the Chart Configuration for displayed values.
