    Really awesome post Jacob! Thanks for sharing.

    One small tweak that might save some time and # of triggers, you can use one trigger to mark both iOS/Android using the Regex option and the following condition "iOS|Android".

    Nice! I had seen something like that, but was unable to find a good example in the Zopim triggers conditions and actions reference.

    But would it work to tag iOS tickets differently from Android?

    It would only work if you want to tell the difference between mobile and desktop. You would need to use multiple triggers if you want to break it down by Android, iOS, Windows Phone.

    If you are using the Zendesk ticket integration, another approach you technically could do is use Zendesk triggers instead to read the note on the ticket (that has the user agent string) and automatically add a tag to the ticket with the specific mobile platform.
