Enable chat rating at the end of conversation
RespondidaCustomers should be allowed to provide feedback in a chat, only if the chat has been successfully completed, because today, even if the chat terminates due a internet issue, the customer can rate our performance.

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the current chat rating functionality in the widget. Currently, we have no plans to change the current behaviour.
If you need to change this behaviour now, you will need to build a custom widget using the Web SDK: https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk
