after visitor has left the chat, i want to leave him a message so that next time when he come to my website using same ip address, he will see my message again. is it possible?

    Hi Joseph,

    What you are asking for is persistent or non-session based chat. We currently don't have plans to change the way the chat sessions work but we will take your feedback into consideration for the roadmap in 2018.
