I know this has been mentioned before, But it was last year and it really is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. It appears that the notification when you are in the chat screen has been improved, but I am a supervisor and if I get an incoming personal chat from another agent or a chat transferred to me that is being elevated, I have no way of knowing that I have a request or that the Zendesk Chat page has changed, in my internet browser screen. In past chat systems we have used it pops up the number of chats waiting for in the title for the chat tab or it flashes colors to notify you that the page has changed. I've missed several personal questions and elevated chats as I often do not stay on the zendesk chat page as I have other duties. I also cannot use the sound feature as it becomes very annoying and bothers people.
If you can please add my vote to fix this asap, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
