    Hi all,

    We recently released roles and permissions feature (on Premium and Enterprise plans) that allow admins to create roles and allow agents to access analytics. You can find more about the feature in our announcement post here.

    Hi Philip,

    Thanks for posting your suggestion. We are currently working on customizable roles and permissions in Chat that will allow users to have access to analytics without having admin permissions. We will announce the details when we are launch the feature. Please stay tuned.

    WOW, I didn't know the Analytics was only available for admins, definitely would like to share analytics with select agents. So looking forward to updates on this.
