    Hi there Andrei,

    You have two options, one officially support and the other is more of hack around.

    1. Create multiple Send Message to Visitor actions in the trigger so it sends it out as separate messages.

    2. When editing the trigger, select the Developer view. Then use \n in the message line to add a line break. Example below:

    This will add the line break but one warning is if you save and try to edit the trigger, the \n will be removed from the editor. So ensure you re-add the \n line breaks if you decide to edit the trigger again.

    Hi, thanks for the hint!

    Is there also a hack/trick to get the font or parts of the text italic or bold?
    I know that font styling for Zendesk Chat was already requested in the community (currently no plans for the next 6 months) but maybe it is possible via triggers?

    Hi Oliver,

    Currently, it isn't supported in Triggers or Shortcuts (no workarounds also). Unfortunately, no plans for this functionality this year also.
