    Thanks for the feedback David. Currently, we have no immediate plans to add the pre-chat form as a condition to the triggered message.

    However, you could look at using the Javascript APIs to open the chat widget after x amount of static time to show the pre-chat form. You would need to use the following API:

    https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/liveChatAPI/Window-js.html#$zopim.livechat.window.show

    Maybe try that out to open the pre-chat form after x amount of static time and see if that engages your visitors.
