It would be useful for us to be able to set a trigger that would bring website visitors attention to the chat service but still require them to provide a name and email address in order to chat. Currently we use the 'proactive greeting' trigger but it starts a chat with the customer and allows them to communicate without without logging in.
The reason for this is that we track sales that are made on our website against the email addresses used on chat in order to attribute sales to chat agents.
Our old system had a static chat button and then would pop up to each website visitor when they had been static on the site for a certain amount of time, but when they clicked it they were still required to log in to chat. Thanks
