    Hi there Ketie,

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, the queue message only shows the queue size on chat request and the system message does not persist on page change.

    I understand that it would be better for the queue size to update over time but it isn't something we are planning to work on in 2016.

    we collaborate with many companies, in local organizations as well as foreign, so probably we will advice to everyone not to cooperate with you as you did not solved a very important problem for us (even not planning in near future) we have to think about cooperating with you or not.
