"Handsome" hiperlinks

Today with our current chat tool we're able to edit hiperlinks before send them to customers so they don't receive any ugly URL - instead they get nice "click here" links customized by our team.
Do you guys ever think about this feature for Zopim?

Hi Matt,
We have been thinking about adding rich text formatting, including better link rendering, but we don't have anything to share yet.
It would be a fairly big project because it touches a bunch of features (triggers, shortcuts, etc).
Once we have something to share, we will reach out to you.
