Using the looking glass while in a chat

    Thanks @Shelli for sharing you feedback with us.

    This change of hiding the chat app inside Zendesk support was added recently since most customers had shared issue with the app covering their ticket view and dismissing the dialog needed them to click on to chat toggle button. I understand that this might cause issue if you were happy with the older behaviour. 

    May I know why do you want to type the ticket number ? If you create a chat ticket then the ticket number & link is shown on the right side panel ( screen attached )
