    Hi Crabosaurus,

    Something like this already exists in the dashboard. In the History tab, click on the chat you want to get the transcript for and click the Export Transcript button on the upper right.

    Then, you should see a "View Link" button that will be the link for transcript that isn't editable and can be shared with whoever (similar to files).

    Hi Ramin,

    Wow, thanks a lot, for some reason I missed it. Is there any way to include additional information there (such as IP address)?

    Also, is there any way to make them publicly-accessible? Right now, the whole point of extract (in our case, at least) is to provide info regarding the chat that took place to someone else, and creating a zopim account solely for that is somewhat troublesome.

    Currently, there is no way to modify the template of the transcript link and it does require authentication. We have no immediate plans of making it possible to have a public/unauthenticated link.

    If you are using the Zopim and Zendesk automatic ticket integration, technically the ticket is the source of truth for the conversation and cannot be edited.
