No planeadaPlease make the transcript into columns when exporting chat transcript history
When we export chat transcript, it goes per line which is hard to filter and read. It doesnt include contact number also. It is difficult for enterprises like us.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid that have each transcript as a column is not scalable, as there is a lower limit on columns compared to rows for spreadsheets. Contact number should be presented in the csv under the column visitor phone.
