    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for providing your feedback and sharing it with the community.

    I agree that it can be annoying when you are reviewing a chat and it scrolls down to the bottom automatically when somebody starts typing. We actually solved this problem recently for the mobile widget. Instead of scrolling to the bottom of the chat log, we present a dialog mentioning there are "x new messages" and clicking on it will scroll down.

    Would a similar experience in the dashboard be helpful to you? I am assuming you are monitoring or supervising chats and thats why you have experienced this pain point?
