    This is probably one of the biggest limitation of Zopim over other solutions like Olark and livechatinc.  Not everyone using chat has a single person sitting around a desk waiting for someone to chat.  A lot of support personal are mobile these days and they need to be able to respond back on any device they may have handy.  My organization has 8 tech staff, which are ALL mobile.  They could be in front of their computer or mobile at a site.  I need them all to be able to chat back at anytime no mater where they may be.  Zopim is really overlooking this market buy not allowing active login from any source.

    It's like my iPhone messages and desktop.  when I receive a chat from a person I am getting on both devices.  I have the ability to respond back off my computer if I am in front of my system and mobile phone when I am mobile.  Please consider implementing this solution sooner than later.  This is going to be the only reason I will be forced to consider alternative solutions.

    Thanks for the feedback about the mobile apps and handling multiple sessions.

    Short answer: We are working on it and you will hopefully see it in Q4. The change may seem trivial but it does require a lot of backend changes that we are working on now. 

    Currently, you can log in on desktop and the Android app at the same time and receive notifications in a limited manner. The changes we are making will allow each agent one desktop session and two mobile sessions.

    As of today, you can log in on one desktop session and two mobile/tablet sessions using the mobile apps.
