Please disable hybrid assignment pop up

Hybrid assignment is the standard for our organization. I would like the ability to disable the hybrid assignment pop up reminder after an agent has acknowledged it once. It is distracting and, truthfully, rather annoying. I cannot imagine any scenario where we will turn off hybrid assignment so this will be the norm for our agents.

Thank you for the feedback. We have addressed your issue, hybrid assignment pop up reminder will be shown just once for every agent from now. Once an agent has acknowledged it, it will not appear again.
