If you're using triggers it would be nice if you could add 2 or 3 messages that can auto rotate, this will make the trigger look less automated

Website Visitor #1: "Hello, We are online right now if you have any questions"

Website Visitor #2: "Thanks for visiting, If you have questions Im online"

Website Visitor #3: "Want to speak to real person? Here I am!"
