Hello and tank you for this very useful live chat app.
We're currently using zopim in addition to our Vtiger CRM.
The contact sync is perfect and we're currently satisfied with the automatic ticket creation as well as the button to add a new Contact in our list.
As I've written, the synchronisation for a contact between zopim and vtiger is working perfectly.
For a organisational matters, we're separating Contacts and Leads.
I assume that a button to create a Lead does currently NOT exist in zopim.
We have set zopim chat so that it only starts if the user has specified an email, name (phone number also but optional)
Thus, if our vtiger CRM has already a contact registered with this email, it's automagically recognized and that's perfect to add a ticket to this contact once the chat is closed.
My request is as follows:
If a user starts a chat specifying an email that we don't have in our CRM database, we would like to be able to create a lead instead of a contact.
Thus, we would find it very helpful to have a LEAD CREATION button next to the existing Contact Button
