Suggestion regarding Zopim Chat
Hey,
We would like to be able to assign roles to the agents on Zopim. There will be 2 roles:
Admin:
- Can assign and transfer conversations to and between sales agents.
- Can view everything just like a regular agent can right now (history, active users, incoming chat, etc’).
Sales:
- Will not be able to view ‘incoming chat’, ‘chat button clicked’, ‘currently served’ and ‘history’.
- Will be able to view the rest of the information (Trigger Activated, Active Visitors , Idle Visitors) .
- Will be assigned a conversation by the admin agent and will only be able to chat with assigned conversations.
This will greatly help us organize our internal sales team and make sure that everyone is doing their job.
