Hey guys! Thanks so much for all you do-you guys are amazing, and I love using Zopim as a CS agent.
One thing that I really think could be helpful for Zopim to add, is a "prophetic" feature that allows me as an agent to see what the customer is typing on their end, as they are typing. Before switching to Zopim, our CS team used Snapengage, and that's one of their features.
It helped alot, 'cause we were able to begin working on a well-articulated answer (free of typos) as customers would be typing out their questions.
Obviously Zopim was worth switching over to from Snapengage, and sacrificing our use of Snapengage's feature, was worthit. However, I think that adding this feature to Zopim could really help alot of agents!
