I would like to show if the chat is avaiable or not (Open/closed), on the zendesk mainpage.
I have made 3 containers, each with a button inside.
1 button opens a ticket.
2 button opens the chat window
3 buttons starts a phonecall, and is connected to our phonesystem, so that it shows the current wait time.
How do i fetch the open/closed status on the chat in zendesk, so that I can show if it is available or not? Is there a API or?
