Zopim API "say" bypass the offline form issue
RespondidaI designed a button to let my customers send a message automatically when they press the button like - href="javascript:$zopim.livechat.window.show();$zopim.livechat.say(hello)
this works quite well if there are agents online, however if there is no agent online, the customer can still send a chat message by press the button and he won't get any response, the trigger won't work if there is no agent online, the offline form doesn't work since the customer just bypass it by press the button, can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi there Lucas,
Have you thought of using setOnStatus or use getAllDepartments to show or hide that button depending on the status of the account/department?
This would prevent the issue you are experiencing.
