Triggers to assign a Macro name

    Hi Roquem!

    We do have a Business Rules Analysis feature available on our Enterprise plan that would give you the information that you're looking for.

    If you're on the Plus plan or lower, however, that feature isn't available. What I would suggest in that case would be to create a unique tag for each of your macros, and set each macro up so it applies it's own tag when it's applied to the ticket. This is actually how we track this information here at Zendesk.

    If you're on the Plus plan, you can then use Insights to create a custom report on those tags so you know what's being used.
