    Hi Caleb,

    Sorry for the long wait on this answer. I was told by our Development Team, that new OSTicket integrations are no longer supported.
    The best option to send this data would be trough the Zopim Rest API released as part of the Zopim Premium package recently. Or if, the ticket has been created in Zendesk, use the Zendesk. API.
