    I navigated to the URL you provided and as far as I can see the widget displays correct. I've attached a screenshot of what I see on my end:

    Hi, i still have the issue, please, you can note the problem if you try to surfin while two or three pages, you will see the widget is going to hide. I still get the same issue.

    Hi Finedent,

    I've navigate through a few pages on your website and the widget still displays at the bottom left of your pages. That being said, I'm wondering if this issue occurs when agents are online and available since I only see the offline contact form when I navigate there.

    Are you able to replicate this issue if no agents are available and the contact form displays instead?

    Hello again Brett.

    Unfortunately yes, i still got the same problem even if i got a agent online. And the widget displays in a transparent box. I will attach you a image, and i will keep the chat with an agent online all day today, so you can check the issue with a online agent in the platform.

     

    I tried to deactivate all plugins unless the Zendesk Plugin, and i tried to do the integration directly putting the code on the head, without plugins, and the issue is the same.

    You can see on the image below the box where should be stay the widget, but i got this, a transparent box. Thanks you for the help.
