Is there any documentation for setup?
We had to fiddle around to find settings that would work.
Both the Zendesk account owner and Discord channel owner needed to be the same, just having the "Manage Server" was not sufficient to add the bot.
We've only been able to get the bot to create a ticket/reply to us after giving its role the 'anyone can @mention the bot' permission.
We cannot get the bot to send our replies from Zendesk to the Discord PM
It seems you can endlessly spam the created support ticket, literally endless one word spamming. Bot needs to greatly limit input after the initial creation.
It seems you can only make 'anonymous' tickets, is there any way to have the user login into their Zendesk account (we use SSO, account verification is of extreme importance)
