    I am experiencing the same in some pages, I can not scroll down in Chrome.

    Hello Viviana,

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with Chrome. I would recommend the following steps to troubleshoot this and see if this resolves your current problem 

    1. Clear your Cashe and Cookies.

    2. Try running Zendesk in incognito mode

    3. Removing all browser extensions to see if one is causing an issue

    4. Try running Zendesk in a different browser to see if Chrome is facing an error

    Hi Devan,

    Right now I can not reproduce the issue no longer. However at the I tried using Firefox and it worked fine in Firefox, the exact same page, and not in Chrome. Also I didn't have many plugins, since I was using a relatively new user in Chrome. If it happens again I will test the other options aswel.
