Looking for some help on this one. I'm aware you can reorder the ticket fields now on the form within the Zendesk support admin UI.
However it seems on my form that the email address still appears at the top of the form and there's no way to natively move it within the UI.

I found this post here in the link below and I'm wondering if using this is possible or a variation of it of some sorts? I tried the JS in that link but couldn't get it to work.
perhaps this system field just can't be moved?
