    I'm not entirely sure how you're asking your question, but I don't believe there's any known issue for Explore attributes falsely displaying 2019 values.

    This is an example of a query I created that shows tickets created where the attribute ticket created - date has been edited to show only tickets created this year (2019):

    As you can see, it loads and then displays values for the year 2019 just fine.

    This question sounds like it warrants a genuine ticket with support, rather than a community discussion, as it will likely require some more hands-on troubleshooting in your Explore. My suggestion at this stage is to be sure that you have a fresh browser session to ensure nothing old is caching, double check that the attribute you are modifying is filtered such that Explore knows to return 2019 values, and if you have any further questions, reach out to us directly and an advocate can investigate this with you further!
