Missing metric
Hi explore team,
I'm trying to reproduce in explore a chart/table I used in Insights to measure the duration of the status New.
In Insight the metric was so:I've created a similar for the maximum and it resulted like this:
I tried many possibilities in explore but can't get this metrics. I didn't found how to measure the time a ticket stayed in the status New.
May I ask you if the possibility exists and if yes, how can I measure this or which metrics do that.
