Feature Request: Add calculated attributes to Drill-Through

    As a first step, it would help if it were possible to even highlight the ticket IDs on drillthrough so we could copy and paste them. Right now the only thing to do is look at the ticket IDs and hand-type them into the search bar in Zendesk Support.

    We use this functionality in most of our reports on Insights and it's one of the features our users love the most. Now we're migrating to Explore and this would be a problem when they notice they have lost this.

    This functionality has been the X factor for Insights and should be asap included in Explore reporting  - without this functionality it's very hard to move from Insights.

    The ability to have the ticket id clickable would be a great thing for all companies. This is an idea that should be taken from insights, and brought to explore. I cant think of a time when i would not want this.

    I agree with Nicole, it has been 5 months since we were advised that there are plans in the work for 2020.  At the very least allow us to copy and paste.  If we are being forced to use Explore can you improve at a faster rate?

    I have created the clickable link attribute, but it's basically worthless without being able to use it in drilldown. Agreed that this is a major pain point that definitely needs to be addressed before Insights is completely removed. I'm working on recreating all our reporting needs in Explore but I won't ask everyone to move over until this is available.

    +1 This really should have been v1 for Explore...especially since it was apart of Insights.

    As we get now pop-up screens reminding us that Insights will be discontinued soon, more than one year later from when this request was posted, there is no predictability if/when this functionality will be available in Explore.

    Great to hear!  This feature would be really helpful as I am constantly going back and forth between Explore and Support to look up the ticket details.
