    Light Agents accessing Explore would be useful for users on the Professional plan as well.

    Hi Pete, thanks for reaching out. We are looking at the best way(s) to extend that capability to customers on Support Professional as well. I unfortunately do not have a timeline yet. Many thanks for your patience.     Hopefully we will be seeing Light Agent access for Explore Professional with Support Professional Plan as well. Good to hear that you are looking into this. Any updates are welcome on this.

    Hi Arno Lindroos, Hope Notz,

    The "Custom Roles & Light Agents" EAP for customers on Support Enterprise will actually be GA on Feb 26, 2020.

    The possibility for customers on Support Professional to grant view-only access to their Light Agents will come later in 2020. We will share the timeline as soon as the plans firm up.
