Setting up Zopim in its own window (for Chrome on Windows)

    I was registered a few days ago I have access to my account  support and live chat , but when I use my username and password for login to zopim it doesn't accept that.

    This tip is a little dated and may not fully reflect current features in Zendesk chat.

    Today, with Agent Workspace, the chat product (formerly Zopim) is much better integrated into the Support (ticketing) product, and I would no longer want to split the experience. Can you tell me more about what you would like to achieve?
