Option to Disable Agents from Joining Chat which is being served
CompletadaHi! We would like to prevent our staff from joining chats when its already being served by another colleague. We find ability to join other chats at time can be misused for example: saving first response time KPI for team member.

You can use roles and permissions to restrict what the agents can see on the visitor list to prevent cherry picking. This feature is only for customers on the Enterprise plan
