Add history into mobile app

Hey this is a must have!
All the chat apps I used had this option, because that way you can reply by mail to customers by the same mobile phone. It is not confortable having to login in a computer to be able to answer customers.Also you can check if you are not replying as fast as you should.
When it is going to be available ?

Hi Sven,
We are still committed to adding chat history in the mobile apps later this year. Currently, you can see past chats for a specific visitor when going into the visitor profile first.
If you are using Support + Chat products together, you can look at the tickets created from the chats/offline messages.

So an admin is able to see chat history, but no other user type can - why is that? It seems important for agents to see chat history on mobile devices.

There shouldn't be a restriction on the role who can see past chats on the mobile apps, it may be related to the custom roles set up in your account.
