Shopify integration in Zendesk Chat
CompletadaWe started with the shopify integration in Zendesk, which is very useful because you find orders easily back. I've contacted the Zopim Chat to help me setting this up for the Chat.
They told me this doesn't exist. But wouldn't it be the most useful place to have this info also available in the Zendesk Chat sidewindow? Then when a customer asks something about orders (we also have technical support) we see the order information immediately and click on the link to shopify to modify an address for example.
I'm talking about the info marked in the Red square:
