Email field mandatory ONLY when chat is OFFLINE

Currently, there is only an option to set the email field mandatory to both online and offline chat.
I don't want to make it mandatory when I'm online, only offline.
It seems like a pretty basic option to add to settings.
Will this be available soon?

Thanks for your feedback. Can you explain why you dont want to collect the email for when you are online? Getting the email is important in the situation you need to do a follow up, you want to use the Zendesk integration, or email the visitor a chat transcript.
We have no immediate plans of adding a setting to make it configurable that the email is only required for offline messages.
