    Hi Hugo,

    Are you referring to the export chat details CSV? Can you explain further as to why it's dirty? Visitors' email addresses are in a column in this CSV, are you able to use this column to generate leads?

    yes, csv file. the file is very disorganized. I think is the correct information should be each in a separate column. Name in a column, email in another column. This would help to import leads for marketing.

    Right now the file is sorted such that each chat occupies a single row, with different details in a each column, for example, visitor name, email, etc. Therefore, all visitor names are in a single column and all emails in another columns as what you said

    Hi Hugo,

    I'm sorry, but perhaps you may have misunderstood me. What I meant was that this is already how the CSV file looks like when you download chat details in History.
