    Hi Stephen,

    Thanks for the feedback around having a purely administrative/account owner role that doesn't take a license/seat in the account. I have shared your feedback with the marketing team so they are aware of your viewpoint.

    Currently, there are no immediate plans on changing this behaviour.

    +1 on this topic for our organization as well. Ideally, we'd appreciate having our Workforce Management and Quality Assurance team members in Zopim without agent seat interference as well. Thanks for your help with everything so far.

    Totally unacceptable that the account admin person needs to buy an agent license just to manage the account.

    This is totally unacceptable and needs to be escalated immediately.

    A company should be able to give their IT department, who will never chat with customers, access to configure triggers, manage the widget and administer their agents without being forced to pay $300 extra per year on your monthly plan.

    I second that.
    I just changed from lite to 2 "Agents" on Advanced plan only to find out it's really only "1 Agent" and 1 Manager

    The person managing the billing and setup is not going to be acting as an "Agent" dealing with customers.

    So basically now I need to mak the decision of do I pay for 1 "Agent" that will be only be used occasionally just to do setup / billing or or give my 2nd agent full access to the entire system :(
