If possible, it would be very valuable to be able to change Agent statuses for Zopim as an admin. As it stands, it seems the only way to switch them off should an emergency arise is to have the agents do so individually which can prove problematic when it's busy.

If there is already a means of doing this, please let me know; otherwise, it would be very much appreciated as a feature in future.
